Problem with bookmarks

I have been unable to bookmark a post lately. When I click on the star, it simply jumps to the list of my previous bookmarks.
The post I click isn't added.

Do you have a bunch of posts already bookmarked? I've had the same thing happen, but I've found that if I delete some of my older no-longer-want-to-keep bookmarks then I'm able to bookmark new threads again.
I guess the site limits how much I can save.

Thanks! That worked. 
I had a few years worth of bookmarks that I no longer wanted, so I deleted them.
