It all started as a whim. I recall the word was "cyclone". And, in an errant tangent of thought, I considered the word. it has the same letter twice, yet it makes two distinct sounds (for which there are already letters to make said sounds). So, while C is for cookie, it's not good enough for me.
So I set about creating a language for where there would be no question what sound a letter would make. I struck c completely from it, as well as a few other inferior letters, and set about creating the perfect alphabet

I did this over a period of a couple classes. Then I had my alphabet. Well, if one is going to create an alphabet, then one should have some use for it, correct?
So in the wee hours a few days hence, as I sat by the fireplace, while the embers burned low, I stared at the smoldering coals. And from those coals, a word took shape in my mind, and connected with a primal image, then another, then another.

I've considered the possible applications of it, and the most useful one seems to me, to be a sort of battle language.
What is the vulnerability of coded messages?
They can be broken, because they are based upon something that already exists.
So, theoretically, if you. Create something that isn't based on anything, you achieve a "code" without code. You can't crack a safe that's already open.
