Hypothetically, when would this poster be unbanned

Sorry. Posted this on the wrong board earlier
Long time poster. Has had transgressions before.
This latest one was him asking a poster on the Poli board about some real life drama. He let it go once it was confirmed and he believes he was then banned by one of the owners.
When would this badazz be eligible to return?

Honest answer to your question: It's whenever the admin who banned him wants to let him return.
I wish TD would get with the times on banning protocol. On other websites, your ban period is predetermined and you are aware when you can return. For instance, you get a message like: "You are currently banned for such and such. You will be allowed to post again at 10PM May 22, 2017."
I imagine doing it this way significantly cuts down on the emails and pleas to return.
Not that I've ever been banned from another website.
