how do i change my Avatar photo??

Do you have an image already?
If so, go to "settings" located on the top-right of the screen.
Scroll down to where you see "Avatar Image (You must include 'http://')" and an empty text field. This is where you put the link to your avatar image.
For example, my avatar URL is http://i.imgur.com/SvQ816k.jpg. I put the entire bold text into that empty text field.
Make sure your avatar is no bigger than 150 pixels by 150 pixels and smaller than 30KB. If you need an imaged resized, let me know
