Gifs and emotocons not working

am i the only one?
none of the emotocons are moving at all, they are frozen.
and all the gifs are super choppy then just freeze.
any idea admins?

Well maybe find out then? Just a thought. I know my flash wasn't working last week because I had been lazy and hadn't updated my chrome.
