I am getting them on my Motorola Nexus 6, Dolphin Browser, Android, on multiple pages

Mine is on a PC with windows and IE 11.
pretty much comes up on any board that I open (two playing at once right now)....
ETA: always comes up on the small panels to the left and right of the main panel....right click says something like "Tube Mogul Flash Unit"
