Kept getting a Symantec message page that said Poliboard or Rant or even help board was a fraudulent web page.

Contacted Norton Symantec and was told this:

quote:

currently we have experiencing multiple contacts regarding this issue. We are now coordinating with the concerned department for them to check on it. However, have you seen the "Continue Anyway" underneath the prompt for you to be able to see the website

They said they will have it fixed within the next 24 to 48 hrs.

Yeah, it's weird. I'm not having it on our laptop, either, just this computer. Don't know why and didn't ask. At this point it seems to have let up (I'm not getting caution pages when I go from one board to another anymore).

I guess it's not happening to every computer, or maybe only to those using a certain browser or something. I'm not internet/computer savvy, so I have no idea.

Yeah, and it just happened again when I clicked on the "unlock my thread" topic. Aggravating. This is the message, on a big white page (copy and paste because I don't know how to do a screen capture, lol):
