For mobile users: New "Forums" link now replaces the old "Menu" link

This should alleviate some of the heartburn caused by the new location of "Menu" in top right of the page.
As of now, "Forums" and "Menu" both work the same and jump you down.
In the future, "Menu" might become an expandable menu structure that lists all the sections of the site. But that will happen as we further add features to the site.

Why did yall stop the tigerdroppings bar from staying on the page as you scrolled down. It was nice not having to scroll back to the top to jump to another board. The menu link stayed at the top of the page

Saves screen space. Plus, there's a "top" link at the bottom of every post that brings you to the top. So you just have to make one extra click instead of scrolling

after considering the small mobile devices and the need to maximize content space, we decided to lose the fixed header for forums...the "Top" link in each post can get you to the top so you can easily click "Forums".

Chicken, when I get to the menu screen on android on secrant version of site and try and do "more options" to get the TD boards, it is no expanding to show all the other boards
