I had an idea that has probably been considered before. Whenever my company has a job opening we cringe at posting in the classifieds, as well as some online job posting sites due to less-than-stellar prior experiences.

I've often thought it would be convenient to recruit within a local network (i.e. TD.com), that is primarily trafficked by LSU grads or friends of LSU. By helping people find work we're, in a way, serving each other as fellow Tiger fans.

I'm frequently impressed with the wittiness and intelligence of posters on this board....so I figure that talent, just maybe, could translate to a half-way decent employee

Thoughts?

Are you talking about the same posters who lurk and post from work all day/night?

We will have a classified section at some point that will be perfect for job listing.
