There's nothing wrong with game threads. It's been that way for years. Why a season long thread now?
I'm pretty sure there was an Ohio State thread last year..but that was the only one.
There is nothing wrong with an in game thread on a Saturday where the MSB is dead for the most part outside of the game threads.

My guess is that the ULM and ULL season long threads won't last that long.
