i would like to put a picture up, i think it's called an avatar.. how do i do it?

click on My Profile at the top left
paste the direct link to the picture in the Avatar box at the bottom right

i wasnt around, but everyone has said that she went crazy on some person named doc.. and i also heard that she took an axe to a swimming pool or something like that. she just sounded a little nuts
