Can admins please give a warning before banning?

I've been banned twice in the previous couple of weeks for minor infractions without warning.
A warning would be much appreciated.

Those are warnings. And they're timeouts. Not bans.
Bans last for months.

Pretty sure the warnings you're looking for, are called commandments. They can be found in the guidelines to the left.
