Buttons keep changing and being removed

I keep my window for TD small in the corner of my monitor. When its small, they have a different formatting that looks similar to the mobile format. There used to be a down arrow at the top of the screen in the TigerDroppings banner to bring you down to the "message board menu"...that's gone.
When you get into a thread, the page arrows and numbers used to be in the top and bottom right of the thread page. They are now gone. I can't even go to a different page in a thread besides the 1st.
Are you messing with this today or something? Really aggravating.

That view is for mobile devices only. I will likely be killing off the reduced view when using desktop device.

I love that view. Hides all the colorful side panes so it's not obvious what I'm looking at while at work

Even with maximized the page buttons on mobile aren't there anymore.
