Autodesk Revit/Navisworks

I am trying to download software from Autodesk and having issues.
Window 7, 64 bit, turned off vp and firewall. Everytime i try to download, it doesn't copy all the files.
Someone suggested the security on my WIF could be an issue. I am running out of ideas.

The one time I had a problem downloading from them, I emailed customer service. They were helpful and responded quickly.

neither of these is my problem.
It gets to the download and an error occurs. It says some files were not copied. Reeboot. and start process over
