Any reason the new mobile site lags?

Loading pages, scrolling up and down, or shuffling back a page.
Been doing this since the change and it makes browsing on mobile bleh

It's gotta be the "latest news" and things you may like and "sports news" that take up space between the end of the thread and message board list at the bottom?
Does anyone read that?

It's not "slow" per se, but there is an initial lag that the old mobile never had. It happens every time a page changes.
as a TD addict, im so used to clicking a page and just scrolling. Now I have to wait for the page to load before i start scrolling. It's just not as crisp.
also it's slow to load when i click my safari on my iPhone. It used to just pull up, or still be on the screen. Now it's like it has to update or something? Idk.

Are you using wifi? Do you see the lag on the board index page or the post page?

I used Wifi about 90% of the time, but i notice it both ways
It lags on both.
and again it doesn't lag the whole time. Just when i immediately try and scroll down. I guess things are still loading. It just used to not do that. It's really not a big deal, but it was better the old way imo.
