And for the points system if we do a top 25.... We can something like if you vote someone Number One they get 25 points..2nd 24 pts..3rd 23 pts and so on. Then after everyone votes you add the points. Person with most points is number then 2nd most points is second and so on.

Again, limiting this to the TD coolguy fraternity is lame. The idea was to have anyone who wants to vote be able to. Yes, you will have a few idiots vote stupid. Thats part of it. But for the most part I think people who would take the time to vote would put some time into it.
If you guys want some kind of exclusive list then have a seperate one where you can all go stroke each others ego's without us normal tiger fans having to see it.
This was for fun, not to have you same old tired idiots show how exclusive and cool you can be.
ALSO, I bet an all member list would come close to, if not be better than an exclusive list. I'd even wager on it.....

For football? People definitely wouldnt take it seriously. LSU would always be #1, SEC would be overrated, USC would always be underrated.

Yeah I was not allowed to vote. I have no idea why as I watch more CFB then a few of the voters.

Yeah, thats the thing, alot of people on here watch and take it seriously, like the whole pickem crowd. Im sure a few guys would throw out stupid stuff but I believe most would take it serious and we would get a pretty honest ranking. Especially after the 1st few weeks when the idiots stop doing it to be cute.
I would wanna see us vs 1st BCS ranking. I bet we have 8 of 8 in correct with 6 in the correct spot.

I think allowing all members to post would be good and add to the user experience...but Idk if the poll would provide any value. It would be interesting to see if ends up being anything other than LSU/SEC biased.

Nobody gave a shite when the poll came out. I doubt they'd care even if they were allowed to vote in it. It was fun for the MSB to have something to discuss, but the rest of the site could care less.

No oense to the TD Fraternity, but why would people give a shite about a poll that 25 people voted in and nobody else was allowed to.
The 25 people might know each other and its might be a big deal to them and there ego's, but I can assure you guys, the thousands and thousands of us other posters dont give a shite about how cool 25 specific posters are or what they think.
If pick em was for 25 people do you think anyone would give a shite but those 25 people? Yet, open to the public it gets thousands of users.
Of course noboy gives a shite about a poll that 25 internet cool people do. Make one for the entire site and I bet you get a thousand voters weekly.
