Adds with audio at bottom of page

I'll have a page open and all of a sudden audio adds come on from the bottom of the page. After I silence them it just goes to the next add with the audio back on.
Is this happening for everyone else too?

I was getting them with every page that I opened a while back...haven't had one in a while now, though...

Been gettin em all night on mobile, not only is the audio a pain in the arse but even on wifi it slows my shite way down
