Are these supplements good? I searched and only saw them mentioned as a good omega 3 supplement.

Yes. And if a vet or first responder, you can use your GovX membership for a 20% discount. If you have three or more meds on a subscription plan, they take an additional 10% off. Hard to beat the quality and that discount.
