Smart scale recommendations?

I have lately been utilizing my apple watch to log a lot of my health data (running, heart rate, sleep etc). One piece that seems like it would add a lot of information would be a smart scale. There are many different versions so understanding the strengths and weaknesses can be difficult.
Anyone have any recommendations on what would work best in the Apple ecosystem as well as what you should really care about when it comes to scales?

I have a weight gurus scale. It works flawlessly for years now
