Any guys here go to yoga classes?

One of my good friends does yoga as his main form of exercise. He constantly talks about all the very attractive women in the classes (I think YMMV by studio).

Depends on the studio. After work at a higher end place: younger women and guys with man buns
Daytime at the Y: old people

What about daytime at a high-end place?

Horny lonely housewives and old people

At the beginner level a lot of overweight women with undersized yoga pants and muffin tips. Think 15 lbs of sausage in a 5 lb bag.

Have gone. Great for flexibility and core strength if you can stick with it.
But..
Be prepared to be embarrassed. You ain't doin' any of those poses right away. You'll be inflexible while a lot of the class will look like pretzels!

You’ve got an address for this place?

I went for 6 months back in 2017. Day time yoga at a local spot. Not the Y.
There were a few attractive women there, but honestly, you quit caring about it if you're actually there to do yoga. I will say I had to perfectly position myself to not be distracted (front right is a good spot). Nothing like trying to stay focused when there's a babe doing cat cow to your diagonal.
Everyone was awesome where I went. I am really tight and have mobility issues, and people were helpful. My instructor was hands on and corrected a lot of issues I was having.
I remember 3-4 months into it having to stand in line at the DMV. I usually would slouch or lean on one leg, shift my hips to stay comfortable. I stood the entire time like a soldier, good posture, equal weight on both feet. I think the yoga had built my core so well that I didn't have any back or hip issues having to stand for so long.

It will be mixed. If it's hot yoga, you'll probably get some people who are advanced. If it's not hot, will be more beginners just like you.
I'm 43, ex-college catcher and I'm a believer that any guy over 35 should do some sort of yoga. Makes all old aches and pains go away.
Go and enjoy it!

I've gone to a yoga class in a park near my house. I am a runner with tendinitis issues and VERY inflexible. It's been very good for me, but I need to do it more than 2x a month. The classes are very mixed in ages and body types, with about 70% female.

I started Hot Yoga in November. Video instructors in a 130 degree room.

Buddy of mine had to leave his yoga class because he slept with three of the women in it and they started talking and found out. Said it was ducks on a pond for married women.
