For whatever reason I cant seem to get comfortable doing that exercise. I've seen others do it with ease. I think its my hand placement.

its awkward getting weight off rack but them i'm ok with it.

Progressive tension overload is the most important for muscle growth.So start your workout lifting heavy (more sets less reps). This will induce higher amounts of mechanical stress imposed on the muscles and greater activation of the muscle fibers which results in your body adapting at a greater rate. After, finishing your heavy compound chest exercise then move to isolation chest exercises doing the standard 8-12 reps.

Bodybuilding, nothing beats the Plate Press.

Strength - floor press, board press ... Tons of shite.

Same here it's very uncomfortable on the wrist and inner shoulders

I think he said that it is the best chest workout to do. It really is legit.
