Think I'm beginning to get a little carpal tunnel in my left wrist. Especially stings with dumbbell curls.
Anyone have a recommendation for wrist braces that have helped with carpal tunnel?

Where are you getting symptoms? What are your symptoms?

Sharp pain right below palmaris brevis when I begin to rotate to a supinate position early in a dumbbell curl. Grip strength is suffering from it too.

Sounds like you have a TFCC injury. Usually pain on that ulnar side of the wrist is indicative of TFCC dysfunction. Carpal Tunnel would have numbness, tingling, some pain, but you are looking at thumb and fingers as the location.
TFCC injuries are sharp and painful and definitely get aggravated at that movement you pointed out.
Get a Wrist Widget. They are a godsend when it comes to TFCC injuries.

had these same symptoms. went to doctor, nothing popped up on x-ray, he said it was most likely tissue damage, gave me a shot in my wrist, felt 100x better after just a few days. no more pain
