I'm down for this.

I do a lot of pushups anyway, might as well start counting them throughout the week.

I would suggest you make a reasonable training schedule that you know you will stick with. The biggest mistake I see people make is designing overly ambitious schedules that do not conform to the lifestyle they lead. This eventually results in them quitting. I would suggest you set three days per week aside and let it become a routine. If you cannot reasonably train 3 days per week make it 2 days per week. 2 days is better thn 0.

All you need is 30 minutes to get a good workout in.

How about you look at it this way: spend 23 1/2 hours of your day not working out.

I'm in. Traveling every week in August, so no distractions.

Won't sniff 10k, but one is one more than I had planned before this thread.
