In 1997 if Tom kite would have picked himself the US would have won.

Tiger isn't exactly Tiger in World Cup or Ryder Cup.

His record is less than stellar.

Let Reed play. He relishes Cup play.

Let one of the hot-shot college guys play. They're used to match play and could jump right in. I'd take Matt Wolff right now

I would cheer for that

ETA: the more I think about it the more I want Wolff. He's fearless and borderline arrogant. He's long, can get at any pin and is a decent enough putter to get hot

Read where he signed off his update with "Playing Captain" yesterday. He will pick 9, 10, 11 and himself.
