I'm looking for a mid spin, high launch shaft.
Numbers:
95-99mph swing
Spin is usually 2000-2200
GBB Epic 9.0 set to 10
Swing Tempo is slow
My carry distance is usually 235ish with total distance of 255-270
Any suggestions appreciated.

I'd recommend a 70 gram regular flex. That way you can feel the weight of the club better than something lighter.

Deadlifts is the only answer.
On a serious note, what's your budget? Have you gotten on any of the manufacturers' websites and looked at fitting charts? Have you considered actually getting fitted?

I haven't looked at getting fit since my last fitting many years ago. I was fit to Tour AD-DI 6 in a 910 Titleist head. Club/shaft combo was great for me but it hasn't translated to this current head or my last one Ping G.

Project X has a pretty intuitive fitting guide on their website. I might check that out if you're not planning on getting fit.
