Are the Bluffs in good shape right now? Looking into playing Beaver Creek as well

I'm looking into playing a round next weekend in this area and was looking at the bluffs, Beaver, Copper Mill, Dumas, or any other in the area that I don't know about. For those that know, what would you recommend based on conditions?

I've always enjoyed Dumas because there's typically a lot less people on the course than Webb.
Played out there a couple weeks ago and the greens were in bad shape

Beaver greens are terrible right now, played bluffs last Friday pretty good shape. But bar was closed so bring your own booze

Bluffs searching for new owners, I played there a couple weeks back and there was 1 guy working (desk, range, etc). He’s the one that told me they were trying to sell. Course was in decent shape but would recommend island, beaver creek, Santa Maria for the same-ish price point. Also, minus the drive, carter plantation has always been up there on my list.
