As long as it doesn't get a ton of rain, it's always basically perfect

Played it Sunday. The course is in great shape and there are only a few places that you can tell a hurricane came through.

We have a trip scheduled for Saturday & Sunday next week. Since this thread was started before Delta, just making sure no major damage was caused by this latest storm.

Never played here. Looking forward to it.

Koasati will reopen Monday Oct 19th. we received over 20+ inches of rain and the course was completely under water. The water is almost completely drained off and we mowed all but 3 fairways today. we still have some debris to pick up, but the in play areas will be good. we will also have a contractor in soon to skim out the contaminated sand and replace it.

We played Koasati twice this weekend. What a beautiful, well kept course! The greens were absolutely perfect as were the bunkers.

The course was still wet on Saturday from probably both the hurricane and the heavy rain on Friday but, even so, the fairways were nice, short and green.

We will definitely be back!

I have played courses all over the place and that is still one of my favorite courses. I love the layout and views. It has some really great holes.
