I’ll be up at the lease for Mardi Gras. It’s looking like Monday/Tuesday will be decent golf weather. I’ve never brought my clubs up there, but I want to this time.

Anybody in the area going to be free and want to play? Recommendations on where to play?

Horseshoe Bay's Ramrock is always good to play. Good and tough course.

They have several other courses to play at Horseshoe Bay as well.

I have a ton of leave and would be down to join, but not sure I can swing it MG week since I'm taking off the 23rd and 24th to work a big HS baseball tournament.

I've always wanted to play Lighthouse CC. Will make it happen eventually.

Delaware Springs Golf course in Burnett is a pretty nice little public course. Worth the drive if you are up for it.

Forgot Monday was Presidents' Day and I'm off, but agreed to play Mo Willy with a coworker and now I'm a "planner" for a Mardi Gras party at work on Tuesday given south Louisiana ties.

Anxiously anticipating your review on Lighthouse since I've never played. Would def be down to join you in future if / when return.

Bump.

Going to marble falls next week. Not staying at horseshoe bay, so those are out. Thinking of Delaware springs. Also saw hidden falls gc. Let me know your recommendations.

Legends at LBJ is better than lighthouse by a mile. I like it better than Delaware Springs as well.

If you have access Escondido and Summit Rock are 2 of the best in Texas. Even harder to access but Austin GC in Spicewood is out of this world good.
