How are your gaps?

PXG thread got me thinking about this. I've recently gotten rid of my 5 wood in exchange for an extra wedge. This is possible for me because I've accepted that having a hybrid is okay expecially when its so much more forgiving than an iron. So my 205-215 club has changed from 4i to 3H.
Carry ydgs:
Driver - 260
3W - 230
3H - 215
5i - 200
6i - 185
7i - 175
8i - 160
9i - 145
PW (46*) - 130
AW (50*) - 115
SW (54*) - 100
LW (58*) - 80
LW2 (61*) - 50
I need to check the loft on my 9i (well, all of them honestly). I've had my clubs 2 years and have never done it. I can get my PW to 135 but 145 is my max with the nine. I think it's off. I never use a full swing with the 58 or 61 (which is a 60 bent to 61). So what's listed are the max yardages id use for each although depending on the shot I need, I'd likely being going up a club from those distances.
So my 5W was 220 and my 4i was 205. I like this setup much better. What's yours?

Club selection is about more than just yardage for me. I'll know after 2-3 holes how my ball striking is going to be for that day

That's a good point. When the range isn't available to warm up it takes me about 4 or 5 holes to feel comfortable to hit these. I'm usually clubbing up.

"Carry" means we aren't counting the roll. And "average" means we aren't only counting that one time we really crushed one.

I said "max yardages", Choup! But really, I think that's a fair number. 
At least that's what your FIL said. It's easy to figure out when it plugs like it did all last week.

My wood distances are about like yours but my irons are like 2 clubs shorter

Yeah. Apex CF16. Jacked lofts and "cup face". I hit some mizuno mp-5s last week indoors and the 6i was at least 10yds shorter. Felt great though. If/when I change irons, I'm going to have to either redo the setup or change the lofts.

Hybrid. It would leave me a huge gap but to be honest I have no idea where that hybrid is going.
ETA: plus there's not that many times where I use it during a round.

I'm starting to feel the toll. I wish I had better feel because once I get inside 100, I have no full clubs and don't play enough to consistently take some off.
