Golf Digest workout article

Has a list things for your core, spine, elbow tendinitis, etc.

Headed to the gym for the first time since I can't remember when. Tired of getting tired on the back 9.

One of the better articles was the post round yoga stretching. Tour Radio had Ben Crane on a month ago, or so, and he's been doing some type of yoga/mind/body/spiritual exercise everyday. Gonna look into that more today.

DFL branding

I broke the brand off, stuck a fresh Z cord on it, and replaced my BB7 with it.

This morning I rode the bike for 40 minutes, then swam for 20 minutes.

Hahaha. His right fist and forearm are twice the size of his left. He needs to work out both sides of his body.

Did you hire a life coach to keep you in line? That was random.

Yoga, sit ups and leg lifts is all you need. The arms don't provide much of anything in terms of providing power to the golf swing. In fact, bulky arms slows you down.

Look at bubba and dj, longest hitters with normal sized arms.

I know. I don't do arm moves. Mainly deadlift, swim, abs, bike, some chest, and some back.

I'm gonna start incorporating yoga into the routine each day, even if it's just 10 minutes.

Abs with a medicine ball. Work on the side to side motion. This will give your swing more torque.

Explosion lifts power clean/hang clean. need to work the fast twitch muscles for explosion in your swing

The long drive guys have some big arse arms. Grip strength is more important than arm size, but at least look around before posting.

I need it. I don't shorten my takeaway enough for this reason. If I can get the core stronger and shorten by backswing, I'll have better control. That's my goal this summer, I guess.
