I'm quickly becoming at Trevor Immelman fan with his knowledge of the equipment/swing knowledge/course management/player insights

Who do you say?

I like Colt Knost a lot. I wish he got more air time.

Feherty is great and I love Faldo's swing analysis; not the usual Kostis babble. Other than Feherty on course the best ever is Bobby Clampett. He hasn't done it in several years but he was terrific. One of the funniest guys ever. Wish he would come back.
Also really like Nobilo.

He was awesome on the masters.com broadcasts. His takes were great and his players perspective analysis of Rory was perfect.

You’re not serious, are you? I want to like him, but he has zero clue about the modern game. He wants everyone to chip with a 7 iron and is surprised when a pro hits a 9 iron from 165.

The worst thing CBS did was to let Feherty walk. But NBC made a mistake by putting him in the booth, instead of on course.

I don’t love any of the new crop of commentators, but to me Paul Azinger has the most credibility. I also like Colt Knost, but may be biased based on his SubPar podcast.

I'm not the most informed to comment on this topic, but I'm a Zinger fan.

I have a good friend who was a caddy at Spyglass for years and a big fan of the sport (obviously). He hates the guy. I was surprised to see him have such a vocal opinion of him. He was like “how many top tens does this tool have in his career, 2?!” I hadn’t given him a second thought

How many US Am trophies does your friend have?

I don’t believe any. I was just surprised he had such a strong opinion either way. Had never heard him comment on an announcer other than a funny Roger Maltbie impersonation. That was I Deal

Knost has just as many PGA Tour wins as Feherty and McCord. Knost has 9 top-10s and a US Pub Links and US Am.

Weird melt.

This is a bad take.
