Yes. Greens are pretty good, a little slow still. They put in Paspalum greens due to the salinity of the water supply. Fairways were hard as concrete since they haven’t been getting any rain (hopefully they got it yesterday). Worth getting a GN Hotdeal and playing. They do have a bunch of sections of cart paths torn up also.

What course does this compare to in BR?

Wondering if it’s worth driving out there this weekend.

played there a few weeks ago.

it was nice, greens in good shape. the driving range was closed so there was that.

For some reason it reminded me of Briarwood. Not sure why but i just got that vibe

Range was closed while waiting on the nets to be installed and then a irrigation line busted in the middle of the range so they had to dig it up to repair it. Range was open for irons only before the pipe burst.

As Front stated it’s a good layout. Greens roll fairly well. Fairways have softened up some but you can tell pretty quickly when they haven’t had rain in a few days. Don’t even try and use a plastic tee because you’ll never get it into the ground unless they had received rain a few days prior to playing. I played for a $35 reciprocal rate and felt it was well worth it.

Anyone play Belle Terre recently? Is it better shape than say Webb Park?
