To save me time and effort to research, can current college golfers play in the State-AM?

completely different golf courses. I enjoy playing LT more. OCC every hole has trees or water completely lining the fairways. Two holes on the back nine at OCC have trees blocking shots from the middle of the fairway (kind of gimmicky for me). OCC greens are incredibly slick, they're still pretty new and firm and I'm sure they have them rolling. Tons of undulation and can be borderline unfair at times. I wouldn't call LT an easy course but it's not OCC level of penalty. Greens at LT are slower (still good and quick compared to any public course) but roll a little truer in my opinion. OCC greens can be inconsistent.

Never played LT but Oakbourne is a very challenging tract, especially if never playing it before. Large oak lined fairways that are necked down in the landing areas and you better hit it in the right places to get an angle into the green. Green complexes are large and have some severe undulations. Conditions for the Am were pristine. Good luck if you were on the high side of the hole. I think around 150 will be the cutline.

I think it will be higher than that by a good margin.
