Looking to get the xbox one today with the promotions. Apparently there is a $50 promotion and a $100 trade in of old xbox to go towards the xbone. Anybody try this yet?

I was actually thinking of the Assassins creed bundle and buying Call of duty and shadows of mordor.

The only thing that sucks is my saved games will no longer be there.

Actually, i'm only concerned with my ongoing 7 year dynasty on ncaa football.

Here's a question.

Does the xbox wireless controller work with the one? Also, what about my turtle beach headset, does that work too? Or should i trade all that in as well?

No. You get two games with the Assassin's Creed bundle vs 1 with the SO bundle

No. The One comes with a controller though.

Which ones do you have? There is a $25 adapter that will make headphones work on the One.

I have no idea. I know they connect with a USB cable and an optical input. I bought them about 3-4 years ago.

I'm thinking if i bring in the xbox, 3 controllers, rechargeable battery pack with 3 rechargeable batteries, headphones, and a couple games i could get the xbone for about $100, with that $150 promotion.

I doubt you get it that cheap. Gamestop wont give you shite for games and headphones.

The whole reason you should skip this bundle.

While I agree. It's still two games to play. I am hopeful about Unity. I am going to give it a go in a bit actually.

I traded my 360 in today at Best Buy for a 100 ... not bad considering I haven't played it in forever.

I think you have this wrong.

If you go through MS to buy the Xbox Bundle, you get $50 off the original $400 for a limited time. You then can get a $100 voucher for turning in your old 360 + controller + power cord + AV Cords towards the purchase of an Xbone.

This brings your total to $250 for the Kinectless bundle.

MS isn't offering a straight $150 off of the price.

Can we expect a price drop for the Xbox one on Black Friday?

I think the price drop will last through the holidays, but they say it is temporary. It is hinted that it will get a permanent price drop eventually, but not sure if it will be a bigger drop or if they will stick with $50 off.

My bad. I thought it came out today. I already downloaded it with the code I got with my Xbox yesterday.

I thought maybe you had found some leaked pre-release copy while clearing out a foreclosure.
