Xbox Live payment change/cancellation?

So has anyone else around here gone through this run around? All I'm trying to do is change my payment method and it wont let me, so I've tried the contact me through help and it just keeps giving me invalid request. Anyone got any other ways to take care of this?

Yeah finally got to talk to someone. Fixed now. Guy explained to me why you have to call which is BS, but anyway.

With all the fraud and hacking these days I understand them taking extra precautions. When Sony got hacked and was offline for quite a while it cost them dearly.

My card expired in December. They keep sending me emails about trying to charge it and it not working.
