Xbox 360 problems

I just got a brand new xbox and 3 brand new games. They all worked fine for the first few days, but now 2 of the games say the disc is unreadable. The third game works fine so I really don't think it's the console. Like I said, the games are brand new and they don't have any scratches what so ever. I tried to clean them, restart the console, and clear the cache.
Anyone have any idea what could be up or if I'm just missing something obvious? Is there anything to do other than just try to return the games? TIA

I had a few games do this to me. I cleaned them with a soft cloth, then downloaded them straight to the hard drive and just played from there. Never had a loading problem again and the online lag is actually better.

At the dashboard, you will see the option at the bottom left of the screen. I think you'll press x.

I download every game I play to the hard drive now, not just for problems like yours, but also because the Xbox doesn't have to spin the disc while you're playing so it's much quieter.

i got the cheapo that only has 4g what do i do? is there a memory card you plug in?

I also got the 4g because a buddy told me 'that's all you'll need.' bullshite, updates for BF3 were over a gig each.
You can get a separate hard drive, there is a slot on the side of the Xbox and the hardrive clicks in. I got a 320g so now I download all my games to it. I think the 320 was around $120.

You can also use a 32GB thumb drive and plug it into the USB ports. You can use multiple thumb drives if needed.

if i keep playing i may need to get that, i'm hoping this gaming is a phase, i don't really need to be playing video games a couple hours a night. how much space does the average game take up on the harddrive?

Sometimes it will tell you on the back of the game box. I think it's usually between 3-7 gigs.

One game.gives me the option To download it but the other is so 'unreadable' that I don't even have that option. Is there anything to do other than just try to return it?
