I followed Microsoft's support guide without any luck.

My NAT is open and download speed is 16 MB.

I had the same issue when lizard squad was messing up live.

I've been with XBL for around 10 years...I can count on one hand, the times I have not been able to sign in, and it was because of something they controlled..

I've been with XBL since the beginning as well. I've had more issues with live on XBONE then the entire life cycle of the 360.
