A guildie did. He ran a few PVP matches with a guy in Arenas just for points, and the guy he ran with (random from trade) was apparently doing it, and now the guildie got banned - GM said it was guilt by being there.
i'm sure he will get his account back.
personally i don't get why you have to bot in that game - its so easy to get anything with a little effort.
