would you buy a used gpu locally?

guys got a couple 780 classifieds and a 650 ti 2gb on his page. right up the road. only issue is if it doesnt work im probably SOL. wants $140 for the 780 classified and $50 for the 650ti2gb. still looking to get something to hold me over while i save for a 1070/1080. risk it for the biscuit?

Sure if it tested ok. Ran a guys 680 in my machine for 4 hours a few years ago before paying

got the 650 Ti boost for $50. it works so far, gona get some canned air and clean the dust later. then imma take my 780 apart and see if i can clean it and get it to work.
