Would Nintendo dare remake Red/Blue/Yellow a SECOND time?

The OR/AS remakes were fantastic and had so much more depth added to them after the transition to actual full, free roaming 3D in X/Y. Think they'd have enough balls to do that? Of course based in OR/AS's release it would be about an exact year afterwards.

I know a good few are hyped for S&M, but what would you want as a supplement to Sun and Moon?

1. Delta Emerald
2. Pokemon Z
3. R/B/Y 2nd remake?

I would much rather a remake of Red and Blue.

Why are you even throwing Yellow there? All it was that Pikachu followed you around and took up a spot. Yellow is the worst of the series.

I loved yellow when I was a kid because it had more similarities to the TV show which I watched. I loved how you could get bulbasaur, charmander, and squirtle too.

These days, I'd rather red or blue though. Yellow was a fan service game really.

Had a wider variety of Pokemon as well. It didn't split Pokemon into two different versions like Red and Blue did. Plus if you didn't like having Pikachu out, you could just store it.

Maybe a Sinnoh remake, but honestly those games have aged pretty well.

Yellow was great for kids in that time. It felt much closer to the show than Red or Blue. Plus Pikachu was so cute

It's worth noting there were the most Pokemon available of the three in Yellow, and Yellow was in multiple difference colors, as opposed to Red and Blue mostly being shades of the same color

How much different are the newer games compared to the first and second generation?

You're not confined to block movement like past games. Music isn't MIDI (electronic) anymore. It's full on orchestra with an occasional electric guitar. There's stuff like super training and Pokemon amie where you can fine tune a Pokemon's stats to your lacking based on their nature. You can trade literally anywhere in the world. Special events are given out digitally a good bit of the time.

Just listen to these as comparison:

X & Y IMO was really good. I don't have the same faith in Sun & Moon, but i will upgrade the from a 3DS XL to New 3DS XL anyway.
