PS4 reveal wasn't enough to sway me
Xbox One reveal wasn't enough to sway me against Xbox

I feel the Xbox One underwhelming - ness is being overblown here, but that isn't a surprise

Microsoft has been a rich, powerful, and innovative company for a long time and they haven't led me wrong yet

I won't be buying either until at least a year after their release. I'm enjoying my 360 and am in no hurry to get a new system.

Huge 360 fanboi here. Probably not getting an XB1. E3 will determine if PS4 can wow me.
Same. This may be the first PS I buy.

I'm confused, what was "negative" about the Xbox One?

I know I will get a PS but I'm still will have to decide if I want to do both like this past gen. It was an easy decision last gen because the original Xbox was so good. This time around I feel like if you have one, besides maybe Halo, there isn't a need for the other.

as compared to the endless wildly successful and extremely profitable products they've produced?

Windows ME

hmmm, can't argue with that one

but in general I really don't let the Gaming Board's opinion effect my purchases. weird, I know

You said they have never steered you wrong.

The word "never" means something.

I feel it will be quite the opposite, actually.

Exclusive games seem to be playing a much larger role this generation.

With similar architectures, similar features, and the fact that both consoles will likely be released within weeks of each other, it really will come down to the exclusive games.

Both Microsoft and Sony seem to understand this.

I'm not a fan of the Xbox controller so the fact that they didn't change it sealed it for me.

yeh, of all the reasons to not get the One, no new controller design seems like a stretch.

I was happy to see the controller stay the same

Well I understand but that's why I never did PS because I hate their controller so much.

But XBOX is generally known for having the better controller so I just found it odd that this dude said this about One's ... just sayin' it reeks of fanboi to me.

I'll wait to see what PS4 has to offer. If its just their standard exclusives lineup then ill just stick with Xbox.

Nothing in today's presser has me scared away from Xbox One. I thought the features were impressive. We all know its going to play great games and so will the PS4. Right now it looks like the Xbox One can do more for me than the PS4. Ball is in Sony's court now.

I should rephrase, besides Halo, at the moment I have no reason to get anything but the PS4 based on the existing exclusives that will carry over to next gen. The new IPs announced by MS may change that. Hopefully it is more than just Kinect games.

maybe it's just me, but that would be last on the list of decision factors. I've had a PS3, 360, PS2, Xbox, N64, Genesis, SNES, NES

and I adjust the controller after about 2 days
