Witcher 3 DLC Question

I'm really starting to get into the game but I'm still in the really early stages (just killed the 2nd giant bird thing) and was wondering about some of the DLCs.
I got the game through GOG and I see their are some free DLCs, are these something I should install immediately or wait until I finish the original story line?
Are there any that are just cosmetic/fun that won't add new complications or story line that I should get?

The only major dlc is Stone Hearts which released this week. The rest amount to either cosmetic dlc, additional weapons and armor, and additional quests added via the town boards.

DL all the free DLC's. You can go ahead and purchase/install Hearts of Stone, I don't think it'll mess with anything.
Enjoy, Witcher 3 is an incredible game.
