The upcoming line up looks good although I'm not sure I care about performers any more.

What are "performers"?

I've decided to get a Wii U. My wife and I decided that their lineup of games is good enough to give it a try.

We're going to get Wind Waker and Monster Hunt.

It's a really solid deal.

Some features are neat and the games, even the small catalog, seem to be high quality. Much like the Gamecube.

Party attention to what controllers you need though. I got super Luigi to play with my wife and a Wii remote, turns out that game needs 2 Wii remotes

Oh, okay. I'm going to buy like four controllers. Yeah, we really want Mario Kart 8. I want to try a FPS game on it too.

Does it? I've been looking at videos online, and, honestly, some graphics look cheap.

I think so. I mean, it's not like battlefield or something but it cleaned up fantastic

Pretty hardcore game, just so you know. Lots of fun though. I put 350 hours into it over this summer.

Got one. Brought it home and plugged it in. It hasn't moved.

I just wonder if it handles better especially with a game like Zelda

I like the gamepad a lot. I think the Pro Controller would be good for action oriented games where looking at the screen isn't an option.

And it's just another option since some games are 5p

yeah, pro controller would be good for cod or something. I'm already spoiled looking at the map on the screen playing zelda

The map and item function are pretty clutch on the gamepad. I am at the dragon roost island so I'm not far.
