Assassins Creed looks pretty good. I am probably going to get that console bundle.

Halo and AC Unity for me.
I have high hopes for FC4, but FC3 sucked so it will be a rental at some point.

I have my eyes on Unity because it looks great but I won't preorder it. Other than that I probably won't buy anything although for some reason I do want to play GTA again.

GameFlying literally every game this month. None are worth purchasing to me, beat campaign and send back for FC4 and ACU.
Probably torrent FC4 on PC afterwards.

I never buy games if they're just a single player beat it and done type of game. Which will be the case for AC Unity and FC4, beat campaign done with game.
So it'll cost me $30 this month to beat all of them and then cancel GF until next year. And there's a GF Warehouse in Kansas City so I get all the games in 1 day.

Gamefly was slow as hell to my area. I also like to give the developers money if I feel like playing their game, that's just me.

Yeah, probably depends on the area. Me and a few buddies around here have had it for years and we've always gotten games in 2 days at the latest, 1 now with the DC in KC. So I'll get them all on release day as GF ships the day before release.
