Where to find the 10% off code for PSN?

I read in a couple of places there's a code for 10% off of total purchase on PSN. Can someone tell me where to find it?

PS Store is pissing me off when I try and add money to my wallet. I use paypal bc i cant use my card with an apo address. When i go to add money through paypal is says card information is not valid. WTF
I ended up just getting it on amazon and saved 4 bucks

Fwiw, I hate the wallet concept. Want to buy a game on sale for 1.99? Well too bad because you have to spend $5 minimum

Yep I hate that too. I wanted NBA 2k17 and it was 41.99. I bought 2 $20 PSN cards and then was a few cents short and didn't want to buy another $5 or $10 dollar card so thankfully that 10% discount took $4 dollars off and I got it for $38 lol

It's to prevent low margin sales like that one. They have to pay those fees like any other merchant.
