What's Up With The Care Packages In BLOPS II?

Playing Nuketown 2025 and got a care package that bounced from one side of the map to the other. The other team ended up getting it and it just so happened to be a death machine

That only happened to me once, but hasn't happened since.
One thing that I have noticed is they must have done something to them this weekend because I'm getting better things in them now. Before this weekend, the best I would get is the two death machines, but I'm now getting a lot better stuff in them

Yeah they changed something with it because I'm getting nicer stuff now. With Engineer, I love it now
