Spider solitaire on windows if that counts. I'll add Tetris 2 on NES and Borderlands 2 for something more modern.

I guess, at this point, it is Oxygen Not Included since the original Kerbal.
I wanted to get into Rimworld like I did those other 2, but it never happened.
I'm also going to grab Dredge next time there is a good sale, I almost grabbed it earlier this month, but I snoozed on it.
