What is the best gaming console?

I don't play video games but I keep seeing comercials for Modern Warfare and have an urge to buy a system. What is the best video game console? Xbox, Wii, Playstation?

buying/building a PC just to play MW would be a pretty bad decision.

I have all 3. Each has their ups and downs.
Wii is fun but the novelty wears off fast.
PC is great. Gotta "keep up to speed " though.
PS3 is good. Controller is odd for me (hand accident) but I really like it. I have a launch model and haven't had the first problem and I have a TON of hours on it. Love the exclusives too but that's all personal preference. Plus you have bluray.
360 is fun so far. Had it since July and it runs great. Love the ESPN app. Controller is good. I have had a couple random freezes and reboots but it isn't a recurring issue and there really doesn't seem to be a reason for them. That bugs me but other than that I love it
Bottom line is you can't go wrong either way.

If you buy/build the right system you can go 2-3 years without upgrading, and then sometimes it only takes minor tweeks.
