Yes I did the whole clicking free game 1 and then went to download inFAMOUS it said error then I logged out and now my option to download free game 1 has been taken away but atleast I did get the second free game so not a total loss

Make sure to complete the download of each title all the way otherwise you’ll have to go into account management>transaction management>services list>SCEA Promotions to download the games. Hope that helps

go to your download list in the store. should be at the top right hand corner at the main menu of the store. it's one of the 3 little boxes at the top. i think its the middle one. if it's there, try to download it again. servers may be overloaded right now since it was just announced.

I'm downloading infamous right now.. I got a few errors trying to download it but I just kept trying and it eventually let me

Everyone should probably just wait a while until all the initial traffic has decreased. Everyone is trying to download the free games right now.
