as far as the graphics and gameplay no. I would imagine the game has the latest patch BO1 received and all of the DLC will be made available.
hopefully the servers are cleaned up by TreyArc in advance. I would assume they would make some sort of effort partnering up with M$ to get this done.

the netcode in BO1 is fricked up and the hitmarkers are off at times. In Sic's clip he clearly fires a round or two into his buddies dome, before his buddy even pulls the trigger, but his buddy ended up getting the final kill and the win regardless. while playing if there was any lag on your part or especially the opponents part, the hit-markers seemed like guess work at times.
frustrating at times, but IMO this version of CoD was when it reached it's peak with gameplay, maps, and gun balance.

Plus XBone BC is meant to bring games from the 360 onto the system AS IS. Updated, with DLC, to turn a quick profit. TreyArc still owns the game and the engine, so I doubt they have interest in putting together a team to update the graphics and gameplay
